What is it about?

The wedding day is a mosaic made up of moments, emotions, and precious details. Relying on a Wedding Day Coordinator means experiencing the day with the confidence that every piece will fit together flawlessly—without unexpected issues and without worries.

My role is to be the silent director who coordinates suppliers, oversees the schedule, discreetly resolves any small unforeseen issues, and allows you and your guests to enjoy every moment with lightness and ease.

What a Wedding Day Coordinator Does

  • Ensures that every supplier respects the agreed timings, methods, and arrangements.

  • Oversees the setup of the venue, from the ceremony to the reception.

  • Monitors the day’s timeline (couple’s entrance, cake cutting, speeches, entertainment, etc.).

  • Handles any unexpected issues without diverting the couple’s attention.

  • Acts as the main point of reference for guests, suppliers, and staff.

In other words: I will be the eyes, hands, and operational mind that frees you from every concern.

How We Will Work Together

To ensure everything runs smoothly, coordination begins well before the big day. This is the journey we will take together:

– 1 month before the wedding

  • First coordination meeting: we will get to know each other better and analyze the day’s schedule in detail.

  • Review of contracts and agreements with suppliers.

  • Creation of the final event timeline.

– 2 weeks before the wedding

  • Second meeting (in person or online) to confirm all details.

  • Direct contact with suppliers to align timings and responsibilities.

  • Possible site visit to the venue.

– 1 week before the wedding

  • Final call with you to reassure you and clarify last details.

  • Sending the final timeline to all suppliers.

– On the wedding day

  • Early arrival at the venue.

  • Supervision of setups and welcoming of suppliers.

  • Coordination of the ceremony and reception according to the schedule.

  • Guest management and support for any needs.

  • Constant presence until the end of the key moments (cake cutting, party, etc.).
