This package includes standard wedding planning consultancy and includes activities such as:

• Consultation conducted in 3 meetings via Zoom/Meet platform or in person for one, to conceive and develop a creative concept and personalized mood board in line with the style requested by the spouses, a detailed budget plan, and the drafting of a complete organizational timeline for the event, including deadlines, activities, and priorities.

• Advice on selecting and managing invitations/RSVPs, only if Clients provide a complete list of names, postal addresses, and/or email addresses.

• Support for research, selection and commercial negotiations with suppliers

• On-site inspections with clients and/or on your own behalf

• Presence during a day of tastings or choosing the mise en place.

• General coordination meeting for all organizational phases of the event with a general summary.

• Study and send the table layout and guest arrangements to the spouses and send them to the supplier.

• Timeline shared with suppliers and staff involved.

• On-site presence on the day of the event for 10 continuous hours, supervising and coordinating the suppliers involved.
